Bring a friend (or three!) and try out the various offerings from the Sweet Durbanville Hills, the Delectable Pongracz or the go-to favourite, JC Le Roux.
The evening will be hosted around cocktail tables at the Zagora Gazebo by the expert Sparkling Wine Sommelier Chris de Klerk who will lead us through 5 sparkling wines, each paired with one of Wedgewood’s unique Nougat Bonbons. You will be treated to:

Chef Andrew would suggest 4 Champagne Oysters On a bed of greens with avocado, tomato and lime salsa to compliment the tasting, or the Smoked Salmon with Prawn Meat In horseradish mayonnaise on potato and wild mushroom salad with tomato relish, chive soured cream and chefs sweet and sour dressing!
