Bondev House is perfect for themed events and has an enormous amount of potential to create a memorable time with us at the Royal Elephant Hotel & Conference Centre. The suite consists of a Large Ballroom style space and the separate Thatch Venue next to it is ideal for secondary conferences, functions and private or break away events.
The Bondev Nomadic Tent can also be attached as an extra external extension on the lawns outside the venue

The minimum seating requirements for Bondev House on the Halfmoon Buffet, Set Menu and Banquetingoptions are 120 pax, with a maximum of 160 pax. Should you require the middle section to remain open (as a display area, or movement area, the maximum seats will be limited to only 135 pax.
A Boardroom Setup is not available in Bondev House

is 300 pax

The Schoolroom Style is a sought after setup for delegations and working conferences. The minimum setup is for 120 pax, with a comfortable maximum of 300 pax.
Large Format Board Meetings and Corporate planning sessions are frequently set up in U-Shape. We can accommodate 36 pax in this setup style.
