The name originates from the fez or tarboosh, which is either a red felt hat in the shape of a truncated cone, or in the shape of a short cylinder made of kilim fabric. Both usually have tassels. The fez has a varied and sometimes controversial history, but has symbolic meaning in many different cultures. It has even spawned modern web communities interested in the heritage and fashion of the fez.
The Fezorati Coffee Emporium, the hotel’s ‘out of uniform’ establishment, is a place where you can enjoy the splendours of the chef’s cuisine, while sipping traditional coffees, mint tea and relax outside on the terrace.
The Fezorati Coffee Emporium is situated at the Conference & Meeting precinct, making it ideal for lunches, teas, breakaway sessions and post conference unwinding.
