A Proudly South African dish, Chef Lindes has created the Zagora version of the legendary Peppered Biltong & Ostrich Fillet for the fine dining dinner menu in the Zagora Grill Room at the Royal Elephant Hotel and Conference Centre.

Our Sommelier suggests that the perfect Pinotage to go with this meal is definitely the slightly heavier, full-bodied, Doran Vineyards Pinotage.

You will surely agree that a dish like this is a dish best shared, therefore you can enjoy this signature dish the way it was intended, two meals and a bottle of wine!
