The name ‘Zagora’ comes from the name of a town in the valley of the Drâ’a River in Souss-Massa-Drâ’a, south-eastern Morocco. Originally it was called ‘Tazagourt’, Berber for ‘twin peaks’, referring to the form of the mountain.
The aromas from the kitchen, and eclectic blend of fresh ingredients and spices, creativity and passion, provide the foundation for an extraordinary dining sojourn – in splendid surroundings.
