2-Hour Voucher

The Two-hour voucher is perfect for a quick family photo shoot. Did the family come together after a few years apart? Did you have a baby dedication? Engagement photos?

This Voucher is perfect!

It can simply be purchased from the front desk except if the hotel is too busy or the areas that the photographer wants to use, is occupied by a client that booked the venue or area.

Time: 2-hours (or part thereof)

Areas:

  • All public areas that are not occupied by guests or delegates.
  • River and Lawns if no guests are occupying the Bondev or Chapel Venues.

Limitations:

  • Vouchers are ONLY available if the hotel is not full/busy.
  • Maximum of 6 people per photo shoot.
  • A copy of your ID is required at Reception.
  • ALL PHOTO-SHOOTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
  • NO PHOTO-SHOOTS ARE ALLOWED NEAR/ INSIDE AN OCCUPIED VENUE
  • Any breakages are for the account of the purchaser/registered ID Holder at
    check-in.
  • No equipment may be left unattended or standing around in public areas.
  • Public Bathrooms may not be used for dressing or makeup under any circumstances!
  •  No Nudity or Implied nudity or Lingerie/glamour-styled photography is
    allowed in any public area!

Photoshoot Vouchers DO NOT INCLUDE AN ACCOMMODATION OR PREPARATION ROOM.

The photoshoot Voucher is non-transferable and resale is prohibited.

Option #2
Room Guest / Photographers

Any room guest has access to all the hotel amenities, which include photography.

This option is ideal for more intricate photo shoots or shoots that may take longer than two hours. Typically used by more advanced photography teams for weddings and engagements as well as smaller fashion shoots, profile shoots, or marketing shoots.

Having a room, benefits all parties as it gives models and subjects a private space to prepare in, as well as safely keep any extra equipment in.

As with vouchers, we suggest that you check if the hotel is not too busy. !

Time:
Standard Hotel Room Booking times: (should you require an early check-in, please confirm the possibility with the accommodations manager BEFORE booking).

Areas:

  • The booked room itself.
  • All public areas that are not occupied by guests or delegates.
  • River and Lawns if there are no guests occupying the Bondev or Chapel Venues.

Limitations:

  • A maximum of 10 people per photo-shoot is indicated to allow for stylists,
    assistants, and Make-up Artists.
  • Pre-booking and pre-payment are required.
  • A copy of your ID is required at Reception when checking in.
  • ALL PHOTO SHOOTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
  • NO PHOTO SHOOTS ARE ALLOWED NEAR/ INSIDE AN OCCUPIED VENUE
  • Any breakages are for the account of the purchaser/registered ID Holder at
    check-in.
  • No equipment may be left unattended or standing around in public areas.
  • Public Bathrooms may not be used for dressing or makeup under any circumstances! (Please use the booked room for this function.)
  •  No Nudity or Implied nudity or Lingerie/glamour-styled photography is
    allowed in any public area! If this is a requirement for your shoot, please keep it in the room. Balconies can not be used for such imaging under any circumstance.

Room 128

A standard room... but with more floor space! Great if you have a few more people to fit in or a few outfits to pack out!

Room 122

A Junior suite with a bigger bathroom (but smaller actual room space.) All Junior Suites have wooden-styled floors and Deep stone baths. (Standard rooms have corner baths in smaller bathroom spaces.) Any Junior suite is great for photography!

The smaller of our two executive suites is ideal for photography as it has a large living area for prep and shooting (Beds, Couches, Leather Chairs, etc) as well as a double bathroom space

Room 201 - Malik Presidential Suite

The Malik Presidential suite is akin to renting a luxury apartment for your photo shoot, with leather and plush carpeting, lots of woodwork, and a separate bathroom, bedroom and Lounge area, each of considerable size!
