We are all relieved and grateful that we can open our doors for accommodation and limited related services.
We have been particularly pro-active in following the required protocols and precautions in order to ensure that all our staff and customers are as safe as possible from this disease. Our customers can rest assured that we are doing our best to protect them.
Please phone or e-mail us, our reduced staff is ready to assist and advise where necessary. We ask for your patience and understanding if our service levels occasionally fall short of what you have been used to expect in the past. Our service may be impacted by the occasional need to isolate customers or by the necessity of social distancing. Furthermore, suppliers might suffer with deliveries being out of stock or suffering from their own COVID-19 and staff issues.
As we prepare for the near future and take bookings for the coming months, keep in mind that we have to adhere to regulations (whichever way they may change and be amended)… Of course, bookings will be done on a provisional basis and the mutual understanding that we live in an ever-changing situation.
