When it comes to MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions), we have covered everything from small boardroom meetings to international trade negotiations, and we understand the inherent value added to your presentation when all goes well and according to plan!
The venues are covered with complimentary high-speed wifi (including the restaurant, accommodation and relaxation areas) and two high-capacity generators ensure that load-shedding should not influence your program for more than the few seconds necessary to switch over.
Every conference venue has an LED Overhead Projector connecting via HDMI or Standard VGA cabling. Portable projectors can be arranged for break-away rooms on request (not included in venue hire). Although some venues lends itself to a specific seating configuration, most venues have multiple options to choose from.

Green Energy
The Venue is converted to low energy and LED lighting as far as possible and we have on-site recycling and sorting teams. Unfortunately, Solar Energy Solutions are not yet viable for this venue.

Secure Parking in Estate
The parking areas for the Hotel and Conference rooms are patrolled and entry/exit is through a manned and checked boom-gate

Complimentary WiFi delivers Fibre-fed Internet access for your convenience (should you require redundancy for your hybrid conference, options are available)

Dual Projectors
Every Function venue has at least one projector. Larger venues like Bondev run Dual projectors to ensure all delegates have a decent view.

Every venue has independent air-conditioning to set your room temperatures to a comfortable level for your team
